The Consultation
The Design Consultation is the initial planning step and launching pad for every new project. During this important meeting, we will discuss the scope of the project, goals, and budgeting. In the consultation, our goal is to learn about the client's taste, lifestyle, and how the end user intends to use the space.
Project Management
Once the final design is approved, the execution or implementation phase marks the realization of the design. Contractors’ bids are sought and the designer prepares a detailed schedule of works, choreographing construction, installations and finishing in their proper sequence. All materials, furnishings and accessories are ordered. Delivered goods are inspected and damaged items are repaired, returned or re-ordered, and marked according to project and placement. Our job is to follow through every step of the way with full communication between contractors, vendors, and our clients. We will oversee all stages of construction and the remodeling process.
